COVID Testing

For Procedures Scheduled at Providence Hospital:
Pre Procedure COVID-19 testing for Providence Hospital is by walk-in only, no appointment is necessary. Providence does not require a lab order from an IMA Physician when they are scheduled at their facility for the procedure.

Providence does require their COVID-19 test to be done 48 hours prior to their procedure.

  • Health Park PSC (STU Towers): 3841 Piper Street, Suite #T211(Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm; Saturday – Sunday 7am – 3pm)

No Covid-19 test is required prior to your procedure. Please contact your procedure facility for further covid-19 updates.

 

All facilities are aggressively abiding by State Health mandates and CDC guidelines that are ever-changing. As a result, COVID testing processes and procedures may be subject to change.
