Patients are to arrive 45 minutes prior to their scheduled time.
They are to bring their ID, insurance cards, and completed paperwork mailed to you in a bright green envelope.
Their escort is to remain on Alaska Regional Campus (Vehicle, coffee shop, waiting room, cafeteria, ect.) and will receive a call roughly 10 minutes prior to patient discharge. The escort will need to come in and meet the patient on the 5th floor at that time.
