Patients need to have a negative COVID-19 test 48 to 72 hours prior to procedure and be asymptomatic for fever, breathing issues, cough, etc.

Patients are to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time.

They are to bring their ID, insurance cards and completed paperwork mailed to you in the bright green envelope.

Their escort is to remain in the car in the Alaska Regional parking lot and will receive a call roughly 10 minutes prior to patient discharge. The escort will need to come in and meet the patient on the 5th floor at that time.
